Our modern manufacturing facility to produce plastic bonded permanent magnets was set up in 1993.  The company was an Indo-German Joint Venture till Nov, 1999. Consequent to the acquisition of equity shares by the German promoter, our company was a Subsidiary of Max Baermann Holding AG, Germany. ** till 30.09.2010.Indian promoter has acquired 100% equity shares from M/s. Max Baermann Holding AG and Mr. Horst Baermann, Germany, with effect from 01.10.2010. MTI has its own Quality Assurance Laboratory comprising, inter alia, permagraph (B-H curve tracer), computerized measurement devices to measure magnetic surface induction and flux densities in plain and round magnets at different air gaps.
